We can then come and visit you at your home, at no cost or obligation, to discuss and assess your needs, and will put in place the right level of help and support based on your individual needs – this could be as little as a couple of hours per week through to round-the-clock care as per your individual requirements and wishes. Where possible, our staff will promote and enable you to maintain your independence. Our services are person-centered and adaptable, and is normally provided on an hourly, short-term or long-term basis, depending on your requirements and wishes
